Operations are managed through controlled and established processes for repeatable and reliable results. All processing materials in the production area are defined in a documented and controlled procedure to assure all possible contacting agents are known and acknowledged. Detailed work orders assure accurate processing. Job tracking is maintained through the ERP system for real time job status and performance.

At Centex we are an all Mazak CNC mill and lathe facility. This common platform eases the cross training process and creates a familiar machine control for our machininsts. This allows Centex the flexibility to quickly move our human resources to areas that have increased demand.

Operations run 24 hours 5 days a week to allow maximum asset utilization. Our production scheduling and the ability to quickly move resources allows for rapid deployment of production increases without compromising quality or delivery demands.
