Integrated ERP system to assure accurate tracking and planning of all jobs both internal and at OSP operations. Every step from initial quote, raw material orders, job schedules, work order processing, OSP operations, and through invoicing are managed through the ERP system.

Daily cross functional meetings are held to assure all areas of the organization are aware of current orders as well as upcoming projects. These meetings assure that all key personnel are aware of any production issues, upcoming and new production requirements are determined, and immediate needs are addressed promptly and accordingly.

The production control team handles all OSP details and raw material buying through the use of approved and monitored suppliers. Total compliance is critical and our supply base is no exception.
