• Expertise

   - embracing the medical device industry requirements is important to what we do at Centex Machining. Understanding and meeting these requirements is critical to assure that our customer is protected as well as our own business. The average employee tenure is over 10 years and since Centex has been performing almost exclusively in the medical device industry we fully understand these requirements. Training to required industry regulations is documented and maintained to assure full compliance. This assures that our employees know the rules that we have to work within. Regulatory enforcement continues to increase and we want our customer to know that we are going to move forward as they do.

• Complexity

   - Medical Devices continue to advance in the effort of reducing surgery time, patient recover time, and serving new markets. These advancements require much more complexity and much tighter tolerances in order to have a product that will effectively perform these tasks. Therefore, the level of personnel and equipment needed to manufacture these advanced products has increased.
